John Arntz
John brings over 20 years of experience and expertise to his roles of facilitator, executive and team coach, business simulation and experiential learning designer and field tactician. His work with corporate teams and individuals, non-profits, schools and families consistently produces industry-defining results and lasting value.
Developing a passionate interest in optimum performance as an athlete in high school and college, John entered a lifelong process to be and see others at their best in all areas of life.
John received degrees in Humanities and French with honors from the University of Oregon and embarked on a career in Banking. Realizing that he preferred the human side of business he joined an international transformational education company and has worked in that industry since.
John is trained as a facilitator and coach in the discourse of Somatics, Language as Action, Experiential Learning, Business Simulation, and Team Building. Through the Strozzi Institute he received his Certified Master Somatic Coach certificate. He has built, managed and trained leaders for Ropes Courses internationally.
When not on the road John can be found in Sonoma, CA remodeling the family home with his wife, building rope swings for his daughters, ages 15 and 11, and participating in his most recent learning practice – flying trapeze.
