Organizations are comprised of people and as obvious and simple as it sounds all organizational change work begins with each individual. Because people are different, with different mind maps and different values we have found that any organizational change effort needs to take place by enrolling each person (or at least enough of them to create a shift that others can begin to see.)
We bring some of the science of neuroplasticity to our work with change. Even when some one is committed to change, they struggle. Our work takes into account the role of the brain’s capability to change the mind and the mind’s capability to change the brain.
